New Student Enrollment

 

Documentation REQUIRED for All new enrollments:

 

  • Proof of Residency in Early ISD – Current utility bill (water bill, gas bill, or electricity bill), mortgage/rental agreement in the parent’s/legal guardian’s name. Please note – if your family is living with someone in Early ISD, a notarized Affidavit form is required and will need to be renewed each year.
  • If you do not live in the Early ISD school district, a transfer application will need to be completed and approved before the student may enroll. Please click on the Transfer Application link for more information.
  • Student’s birth certificate
  • Student’s social security card or approved state identification card
  • Copy of enrolling parent’s/legal guardian’s driver’s license
  • Current copy of the student’s immunization record
  • Most recent report card
  • Most recent STAAR scores
  • Transcript – A transcript MUST be brought if the student has earned any high school credit, including credit that was earned in junior high. Please note – Texas Education Code 26.004 entitles parents to this information! STUDENTS WITH HIGH SCHOOL CREDIT WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR CLASSES WITHOUT A CURRENT TRANSCRIPT.
