High School Schedule Change
Schedule Change Request Form
You may request schedule changes using the form below. The following are NOT reasons to change your schedule: wanting a different teacher or lunch period, or wanting to be in a class with a friend. We are committed to helping our students and parents/guardians make thoughtful and informed course choices. After submitting the form, students will be called into the counseling office to initiate changes. They will be given a parent/guardian permission form that must be signed in order to finalize any changes.
