SHAC Meeting
The SHAC meeting will be Wednesday October 7th at 5:15pm at the administration building.
Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM) Program
The series is called Proactive Parenting. Our first one of the year will be next Thursday on October 8th from 12-12:50. The series is designed to help parents understand mental health and have practical strategies and tools to utilize with their children around well-being. Here are the topics for the upcoming sessions of the series.
October 8 – Depression and Anxiety
November 12 – Grief and Loss During the Holidays
December 10 – Seasonal Affective Disorder and Staying Connected
January 14 – Post-Holiday Recovery
