Dear parents,

What a roller coaster we are on! I do want to say thank you for your patience and kindness through this frustrating time we are going through. Good news, is we only had 2 chapters to go and one last TEK, (7.13). Both of the last chapters only have 3 sections in them.  Normally we would cover 2-3 sections in one week. However, due to our new circumstances and the STAAR test gone for this year, we now have plenty of time to take it slow. We are going to do one section per week. Please do this at your own pace. The days listed are just a suggestion. If your child finishes the section in 1 day, or it takes them several days, that is OK! Please do not stress! I know you have your own job to do and on top of parenting your child trying to teach content you may or may not have touch in many years...it is frustrating.  I plan on having the same content from the packets on my school webpage in the staff directory under the Middle school tab. I will be posting helpful videos as well as hyperlinking the exact same pages in the packet that is being handed out, so that you can print them out at your own leisure if you want to. I will try to do some interactive posts on the 7th grade Facebook page. I am learning along with you guys, and am out of my comfort zone technology wise, but we can do this!  Thank you so much for your help and support.
