FNS Discrimination Complaint Procedures
EARLY ISD FNS DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT PROCEDURES
Early ISD’s Foodservice Department policy for receiving and processing complaints alleging discrimination within FNS School Meal Program is to have each campus cafeteria manager keep a folder with complaint forms and instructions where all foodservice employees have access. If a complaint is received and a form requested, the employee will provide it. The employee will make this known to the manager who in turn will immediately notify the Food Service Director. The Director will notify the Superintendent first, and then will contact the ESC and TDA so they are aware of the incident as well.
