The summer workout program will start on Monday, June 10th. The girls incoming grades 7-12 will start at 7:00 AM until 8:30 AM Monday-Thursday. The boys incoming grades 7-12 will start at 7:30 AM until 9:00 AM. This will be an organized workout and roll will be checked. We expect all our athletes to attend in order to get better for the upcoming seasons.
The program will run for 3 weeks; the week of June 10th, the week of June 17th, and week of June 24th. We will take off the week of July 4th and then resume on the week of July 8th, the week of July 15th, and the week of July 22nd. The weight room, gym and indoor facility will be open after organized workout until 4:00 PM if any athlete wants to come up and workout on their own.
