Saving your E-Mail Address Book & Messages in Microsoft Outlook 2003 

From Outlook, go to File, Import and Export.

Choose Export to a file.

Click Next.

Choose Personal Folder File (.pst)

Click Next.

Click on Personal Folders.

Check the box to Include subfolders.

Click Next.

Click Browse.

Go to your Home Directory (the thing with your name on it).

Click OK.

Click Finish.

Click OK.
