Blonde Tutorials

Attaching files to an E-mail is so easy even a blonde can do it!

Sending Attachments:
After you've created your new message, just look for a paper clip. No, not a real paper clip!!
A paper clip icon like this:

Just click on the Attach icon. A window will appear that will let you browse to where you have your file saved. Find the file, then click on Attach.
You can attach as many files as you want, but be careful. You can make the E-mail so big that it will take several minutes (or even hours) to send and receive (and the receiver might not appreciate that).

Once the file is attached and the message is written (be sure you follow E-mail etiquette for attachments), just Send as usual.

Reading Attachments:
When you receive an attachment from someone, you'll see a paper clip icon next to the E-mail in the list and on the E-mail itself. Don't open it until you have read and followed E-mail safety for attachments.
After you have followed all of the safety procedures for attachments: Click on the paper clip (top, right side of the message window) and choose to Save Attachments... Then you can open the attachment from where it is saved.
