Important Notes on Sites and File Organization:
• A site is simply a collection of files and folders that are linked to each other. Therefore, you will need a place to collect your files.
• Somewhere on your computer or network (possibly in My Documents or in your Network Home Directory), create a folder that will hold all of the folders and files for your web site.
Creating a site folder is very important -- it not only makes your life easier by putting the files close-at-hand, it helps keep you from "losing" files. In a web site, files are lost if they are not in the confines of the web site folder. {Have you ever clicked on an Internet link and gotten the "Page Cannot Be Found" screen? Very often, this is the fault of the web master for not having that file inside the web site where it is supposed to be. See, even web masters have blonde moments!}

For this tutorial, you can create a folder named "DWbasics". {On most PC's you create a folder by going to the place you want the folder (like My Documents), then clicking on File, New, Folder.}
