Early ISD and Region 15 Logon Information:
Account Name: entire email address!! first.last@netxv.net
Password: contact EISD tech support if you don't know yours
Remember password box: If this is left unchecked, you would need to enter your password every time you send and receive (security).
SPA box: this does not need to be checked for EISD/Region 15.

NOTE:
When setting up an account at home, may have to check the SPA box if your home ISP uses it. You will also need to get the username and password for SPA from your ISP.
