Web Pages

When you have a form, a chart, or important data that you would like to put on the web, you can do it straight from Excel.
To create a web page, simply create your Excel file as usual.
Then go to File, Save as Web Page...

In the Save As window, designate if you want to save the Entire Workbook or just the Sheet that is selected.
Choose Add Interactivity if you want viewers to be able to edit the sheet. NOTE: Cell protection does not work on web pages. Passwords must be removed before you can convert to a web page.
Be sure to give your page a title.

***Hugely Important Fact of Web Sites***
When you save as a web page, Excel will make a web page (page.htm) and a folder (page_files). The web page and the folder MUST STAY TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!! (can i put some more exclamation points on that? ok, here) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the web page cannot find the folder, the page won't work. So if you move or upload the web page, you MUST make sure that the folder goes with it.
If you ever get annoying little red X's where your pictures should be, then you forgot to move the folder!
