Adding Clip Art
To insert an image into your workbook simply click on the Insert Clip Art icon on the Drawing Toolbar. NOTE: If your Drawing Toolbar is not showing, click on the Drawing icon on the Standard Toolbar.

The Clip Art pane will appear at the right of your workbook.
Use the Search for: box to find the pics you want. The Results should be: box will let you choose the media type (clip art, photos, movies, audio).
To insert a pic into your spreadsheet, simply double-click or drag & drop it where you want it to go.
The link to Clip art on Office Online is good place to search for images if you can't find what you need in local clip art.
Using the Drawing Toolbar
The Drawing Toolbar has many options for adding and enhancing images. You can add images using the toolbar, then you can edit and/or enhance selected images.
