Early ISD is looking for parents, business owners, and community members to be a part of the 2019-2020 District Site-Based Decision Making Committee and School Health Advisory Committee. Both committees are a part of making some very important decisions and plans for the Early ISD school district. There will be four meetings throughout the school year from 3:30-5:00. Early ISD would like to take this opportunity to announce that we received a “A” on our School District Report Card from the Texas Education Agency. This is the second year in a row and we could not be prouder. I would like to give a huge “thank you” to everyone that worked so diligently to bring this honor to fruition. The School Board, Administrators, Classroom Teachers, Support Staff, Parents and the hard working, focused and motivated students. 2019-2020 In-Service had a little Surprise on the Agenda. Superintendent Wes Beck announced that EVERY teacher would receive a $100.00 Wal-Mart shopping spree for their classrooms.
Best of Brown County BEST TEACHER 2019, as voted by Brown County citizens. Mrs. Hunter has served Early ISD for 20 years; Three years in Special Ed, sixteen years in 5th grade, and starting her second year teaching 3rd grade. Mrs. Hunter said, "I've not worked anywhere else because Early is the BEST place to teach!"
